I was born in 1963 to Fred and Pat Safford. I had four younger sisters, one of which sadly died in a car accident. I graduated from Corona high school class of 1981 and shortly after married my high school sweetheart Sherie Newcomb. We had three wonderful children. I have been building and customizing cars and jeeps since I was a very young man. in 2006 I lost the most important man in my life to cancer, my father he taught me a lot about cars, fabrication, and life. Tragically in 2016 Sherie passed away unexpectedly, I just about gave up on everything. But in 2017 I met a very wonderful woman, Debra and Married her. She also has three children we jokingly call ourselves the Brady Bunch. Thanks to her urging I went and got checked and found I had kidney cancer. After many trials and tribulations my life is finally now back on track after all the tragedies and health problems. In my hiatus from building, Jeeps, I traveled the world and found new focus building custom off road trailers. I have many diverse tastes in vehicles I currently own: jeeps, a Toyota, a dodge, Mercedes and Studebakers. Very few of which has stayed stock.
He traveled across Europe and all of Italy.
